Naima Sharaf has been selected to receive the Most well-rounded student award 2014 given by the BGSA during our symposium in October this year.
Each year, the Biomedical Graduate Student Association recognizes the accomplishments of graduate students in the School of Medicine. The BGSA presents the "Most Well-Rounded Student Award" to an exceptional graduate student for his/her contributions to the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine as well as to the wider community of Pittsburgh and the whole world. This award recognizes students for both their academic and extracurricular achievements, including sports, music, social service, volunteering and any other relevant activity.
Naima will be presented with this award at the Annual BGSA ResearchSymposium on Wednesday, October 29, 2014.
