Enzyme crystallography
Determination and analysis of structure-function relationships in macromolecules of biological interest, including thiamin diphosphate dependent enzymes, immunoglobulins, bacterial toxins, digestive enzymes and other proteins. X-Ray Crystallography is the primary method employed.
Development of techniques for the determination and analysis of macromolecular crystal structures.
Application development of computing techniques and algorithms for understanding biological function on a molecular level.
